When can I expect to receive my order?
Please check the details down the bottom of the product page. Some items will have longer dispatch times than others.

Do you offer International Shipping?
I sure do! Send me through a message, and I will look into shipping options and prices for you, as it all depends on the box size and weight, and changes with each product. 

Can I track my order?
Absolutely, I will send through tracking info once your order has been sent. 

How are the Cushions sent?
All cushions will be sent via Courier. Please ensure you provide an address where someone will be in attendance 9am - 5pm.
All courier parcels are given 'Authority to Leave'.
Please ensure there is somewhere safe to leave your parcel, or that someone will be at the address to receive it.
Cushions CANNOT be sent to a PO Box
All cushion orders to WESTERN AUSTRALIA, NORTHERN TERRITORY,  QUEENSLAND and areas outside of major cities may be subject to additional shipping fees.
International shipping - please email me for a shipping quote.
