CHANGE OF MIND

Made to Order products:
Please choose carefully, as I do not offer returns for change of mind purchases.

I completely understand that sometimes colours don't quite work the way you thought they would, and for that reason I offer an exchange on my handmade pieces along with a re-making fee of 20% of RRP

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Marla+Co, and will also need to pay for shipping of the new piece.

To be eligible for exchange, all pieces MUST be in original condition, with tags attached, and unused.

 

FAULTY GOODS

If your goods arrive damaged, or faulty, please send me an email so we can arrange return / exchange of your goods.
Any faulty goods claim must be made within 48hrs of goods being delivered.

All samples sale purchases are final, and are not entitled to an exchange or refund, unless the item arrives not as described/pictured, or damaged from shipping.
