CHANGE OF MIND

Made to Order products:
Made-to-order and personalised items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to the time-intensive nature of their creation.

Cushions / Soft Baskets / Wall Pockets:
You may return your cushions within 7 days of the receiving them. Please note the cushions must be in unused condition with all tags still attached. You will need to pay for the return postage of your cushions back to Hello Marla. A refund will be processed once cushions have been returned and are confirmed to be in unused condition.

FAULTY GOODS

If your goods arrive damaged, or faulty, please send me an email so we can arrange return / exchange of your goods.
Any faulty goods claim must be made within 48hrs of goods being delivered.

CLEARANCE SALE ITEMS

All clearance sale items are final sale. No refund or exchange unless product is faulty. Please read item descriptions carefully.
